Why is so difficult to start with Calisthenics.

Being a naturally sporty person, I have never encountered difficulties when starting a new sport or engaging in fitness activities. However, the majority of individuals differ from me in this aspect, often resorting to excuses to avoid physical activity.


The real issue does not lie in the struggle itself, but rather in the lack of enjoyment. Indeed, the absence of fun is what leads many people to feel obligated to exercise or prevents them from embarking on a "fitness journey."


Here's the key: you have two options. Firstly, choose an activity that you find enjoyable from the outset. Revisiting a sport you enjoyed in your youth can reignite the fun factor, leveraging your existing knowledge to make the experience easier and more enjoyable.

The second option is to practice patience. Whether it's calisthenics or any other activity, mastering exercises or acquiring new skills takes time. Trust me, the process becomes much more enjoyable as you progress and develop.


Moreover, everything becomes more enjoyable when done in the company of others or friends. There's nothing quite like the joy and productivity that comes from shared experiences, not to mention the motivation you receive from those who push you to improve.



Remember, don't force yourself into activities you dislike unless you have a compelling reason to do so. Achieving better health and strength is far more achievable than you might think.
